  • Session Description: As a people-manager, one of the most valuable shifts you can make is from  being the primary problem -solver to being a thinking partner.  When managers integrate coaching into their leadership style, they can reduce bottlenecks and build capacity in their team.  Coaching isn’t just about being supportive - it’s an advanced leadership skillset that helps others think for themselves, build confidence, and take ownership.  In this session, paralegal managers will learn how to use simple coaching techniques to shift from  being the go-to problem solver to a capacity-builder, all while improving performance and accountability.
  • Learning Objectives:
    • Understand how coaching as a leadership skill builds team capacity, strengthens confidence, and supports sustainable management (and less manager burnout)
    • Explore the core mindsets and behaviors of leaders who take a “coach approach” to everyday conversations
    • Distinguish between teaching, mentoring, managing, and coaching – and learn when each is most effective
    • Learn and apply a simple coaching framework to use in real-life scenarios and day-to-day leadership moments
    • Develop a personal action plan to begin integrating coaching into your leadership style with intention and impact
