The IPMA special rate will only be available through 11:59pm EST Friday, September 25, 2026. After that, prevailing rates and availability will apply.

RESERVATION DETAILS:

Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at time of check-out
A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block
Group rate available two days pre and two days post event, based on hotel’s availability
A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of reservation
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24hrs prior to check in. Reservations cancelled after this time will be charged for one night room and tax or deposit will be forfeited
Check in time: 4:00pm. Check out time: 11:00am

The Hilton Charlotte Uptown no longer provides a self-parking option. To ensure the most seamless and convenient experience for our guests, the hotel has shifted to valet parking only.

Current Valet Rates are as follows:

$26.00 per car, per day valet parking
$42.00 per car, overnight valet parking

Oversized Vehicles: Additional $10 (Full Size SUVs, Oversized Trucks and Vans. Please see a valet attendant for assistance.)
